Adjust priority for Support 30 second fires

**Priorities**
Supports NW (Around 1 Marker)
DPS SE (Around 3 Marker)
Water Stack Debuff Swap Priority
MT > OT > H1 > H2
M1 > M2 > R1 > R2
Spread for Spirit Taker (after 1st Water)
MT Spot A
OT Spot D
M1 Spot C
M2 Spot B
